TheTechService Support & Maintenance covers resolution of most case by case issues with pc's, basic network configuration, standard applications, etc.

Support & Maintenance is our lowest rate bracket, and can be provided under an assortment of categories to customize a rate just for you.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

TheTechService Administrators will receive notification of your issue immediately upon submission, whether submitted via email or voicemail, and prioritize if for resolution. Depending on severity, down-time, etc, you'll be contacted within a 2-hour period to begin resolution of your issue.
