Standard Service Level Agreement (SLA)

TTS guarantees your issue will be acknowledged and resolution begun within 2-hours of submission.

TTS Administrators will receive notification of your issue immediately upon submission, and prioritize it for resolution. Depending on severity, down-time, etc, you'll be contacted within that 2-hour period to begin resolution.

24/7 Full Service Tech Help Desk

TTS is available during standard business hours to the public, per our SLA (see left), for support, consultation, or any other type of service we provide.

TTS also maintains a private 24/7 Support Helpdesk during non-business hours for registered TTS Clients - or new clients experiencing an emergency.

TTS offers a variety of service retainers for clients with ongoing monthly needs, in any category of service, to provide value discounts for time, travel, expenses, hourly rates, etc.

TTS offers a variety of service packages for project oriented services, but upon consultation we will build you a custom package of combined services, rates, etc, needed to complete any given individual project.
