TheTechService offers onsite and remote support during standard business hours, but also 24/7 per appointment or emergency.

Having a pc or network problem? Do you have a virus or some type of error message? Have a question or issue with making your systems or applications do what you need them to do? TTS offers on-call support for the resolution of many of the most common technology problems. You do not need to be a registered TTS client to contact us with individual on-call support issues.

Standard Service Level Agreement (SLA)

TTS guarantees a 2-hour response time to acknowledge and begin resolution of your issue. As TTS does not maintain a full time internal help desk, we are sometimes unable to reach your request or message immediately - however it will be an TTS Administrator that will address your issue rather than a help desk level support rep.
